On-shore and Off-shore model

Blend of onshore and offshore
This is the most ideal model for an engagement. In this model, we deploy a small onsite team at your location for handling client interaction, project program management, scoping and design, and final implementation and at the same time, an offshore team is based at our offshore development center. This team does the design, implementation, testing and deployment. To maximise your benefits in terms of project management and cost optimisation, we typically recommend an onsite-offshore model.
Time and Material Basis
When scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset and are undergoing changes, a Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option.

In this type of model, clients have more control over implementation and have high flexibility. This model is good when evolving requirements and analysis is involved. When compared to Fixed this is less expensive.
